Sales conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, special conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Inpulse and client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless express prior written consent.


2. Products

The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contract. If errors occur, shall in no case the responsibility Inpulse not be engaged. The majority of products offered to its customers by Inpulse are available in our warehouse.


3. Order

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of order. Inpulse confirms the acceptance of purchase order to the email address it will release. The sale will be concluded only after confirmation of order. Inpulse reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. 4. Delivery

After order confirmation, Inpulse agrees to deliver to its
carrier, all items ordered by the buyer and this in a
maximum of 48 working hours. The carrier agrees with him by contract
Inpulse to deliver the order to the address of the purchaser provided. In the case of a transportation system called cons-reimbursement, the customer agrees to pay the carrier or his representative the full amount specified in the order confirmation.
Also for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees
to pay all taxes due on importing goods, customs duty,

The delivery in the ECE countries are effected by the post office in Europe or colissimo Chronopost following the customer's choice, for deliveries outside the EEC deliveries are made by international postal services or Chronopost following the customer's choice.
In the case of a technical product, the customer will pay particular attention to ensure the smooth operation of the aircraft delivered, read the instruction sheet supplied to it.
In case of apparent defects, the buyer has the right of return as provided in this document.

Goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You have a period of 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the client wishes 2 places of delivery, it pass 2 orders, with the cost of delivery.


5. Retraction

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Inpulse is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer at no charge except for return shipping costs. The repayment is within a maximum of 15 days.


6. Price

All prices are quoted in euros.
The price on the product descriptions do not include shipping.
The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price, all taxes and including VAT for France and the EEC countries. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, freight and commissioning.


7. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Inpulse.
The product price is payable the day the order is effective.
Payment is by credit card bearing the initials CB.

8. Litigation

This contract is subject to French law. 9. Warranty

The responsibility of Inpulse is always limited to the value of the product in question, a value date of sale, and with no possibility of appeal against the brand or company producing the product.
In any case, the client receives the legal guarantee on eviction and hidden defects (Art.1625 and the Civil Code). Provided that the purchaser makes the proof of the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (1641 et seq of the Civil Code).

The warranty includes replacement if the part is defective by the manufacturer, labor (removal and replacement) and charges for return product to the customer after repair or replacement.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and can in no way cover misuse or excessive product. Similarly for any changes or shocks.

The warranty period in case of breakage are 6 months for frames and forks, 1 year for other components excluding wear parts or exposed directly to shocks. Excludes transmission parts, rims, tires, grips, brake pads, Titanium optional parts intended only for the competition.

The Magura or Hope brakes meet the guarantees of their respective manufacturers.

 When replacing the defective part must always be returned for inspection.

10. Legal Information
